What happens after I’ve placed my order?

A copy of your order will be sent from our Customer Service Department with a detailed record of your order including Bill-To, Ship-To, Carrierand Expected Shipping Date. As soon as your order is shipped, an Invoice copy will be e-mailed and mailed to you that will include the Tracking Information and any necessary updates of State Sales Taxes and Shipping and Handling charges.

How are products delivered to me?

We ship via USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex, or Truck, if necessary. Our Customer Service Department will confirm method of shipment after receiveing your order information.

What is your refund or exchange policy?
